My largest hens will be Brahma. Will 14x14 by 16" deep be big enough for my nest boxes? Also, can I stack boxes on top of each other?

Is 52" off the coop floor too high for roosting bars? There will only be 22" from the ceiling, is that not giving enough head room? How many inches are needed between roost bars if I put them parallel to each other?

The entry hole is 10"x11", too small for them to get thru?

These are all I have for now lol. I'm trying to figure this all out so I can begin modifying. Thanks for any answers.

Your nest box sounds fine. I have had Light Brahmas in the past and they nested in boxes that were 12 X 14 X 12 with 8 X 12 entry doors. As adults they were able to fly up onto roosting bars level with the top of my head (6 ft.), although I had about 2 1/2 feet of clearance between the bars and the ceiling. The roosting bars were 18 inches apart and there was 18 inches between the wall and the bar closest to it. Hope this helps.
