your toughts on keeping the lid on ?

I'm dumb here, why would one bad egg spoil them all?

I had 12 eggs shipped 5 hatched, I have another bunch in the bator? You can't candle the dark eggs can you?

If it explodes it will stink up everything, the incubator and the other eggs, and since eggs are porous the yuck can get into the eggs. the egg will stink though, so you will know if there is a bad one. I dont candle all my eggs but if i smell a bad one then i will.
