Your worst and best Christmas present ~

You made your mother cry. Shameful.

Why isn't your photo on the men's page? And don't feign ignorance.

It was happy crying, and I take most of the pics around here, so I'm not in them. I'll have to take one this weekend.

Here's one to tide ya over:

I wasn't even that nice about it. MIL has done some horrible things to try and get 'her' son back. She really burns me she does.... Haven't spoken to her in 3 years, 2 months, 3 weeks and 4 days..... I refuse to speak to that..... person.

Why are everyone's worst gifts from a realitive in law?My AIL (she isn't really my mom's sister, she just married my uncle)has given me great gifts. Why is everyone telling us that one of thier RILs is "just so horrible, I refuse to speak to that person."

If you knew my MIL, you would understand. Hubby doesn't even speak to her often either and she's his only living relative.

Worst: From my uncle. He got me a $1.00 thing of perfume (smelled like cat pee) and SAID he got me a prescription to the Poultry Press. Yeah....here we are one year later and I've never gotten a copy...

What's wrong with her?You know, that isn't the worst thing she could've given you.She ccould have not gotten you anything.Or she could have gotten you a stici of gum.Or a candy bar.Or a Barney DVD.Or a spoon.Or SOMETHIING worse.

What I don't understand is why everyone is beating up on thier RILs.I have lots of RILs who have never hurt me.They actually treat me the same as thier blood realitives.I don't have an MIL,as I'm waaaaay too young to be married. But I know my future MIL is out there somewhere. (Heck, for all I know I've already seen her).My point is,with marrige comes RILs,and we should all respect the.If you don't like that, then don't marry.

(Not trying to hurt anyone's fellings, just saying what I think.I was just wondering why everyone seems to hate thier RILs so much.)
