I'm only 23 and I get the "You aren't as young as you used to be ya know"

I do notice things already though. I definitely don't heal as fast as I did when I was a kid, and I get hurt easier. Although seems I don't have much room to complain.

I've heard my mom say this too. Never tried it though, because my mom used to make us drink Alka Seltzer as kids when we were sick. I swear she would recommend Alka Seltzer for a brain tumor...

Well, I'm 52 and I'm well aware that I'm not 20 anymore but you know what? I wasn't so good at being twenty when I WAS 20 so I'm thinking I'll do it over again.....slower this time but with music that's not quite as good and better hair.

and my DH. I only asked why we couldnt buy a house kit for our property instead of paying a builder. Youd think I'd shouted that I was bar hopping! hmmmph I still think I can do everything at 43 that I did at 20. It just hurts more lol.

My doctor told me that many times when fixing yet another broken rib, arm, hand, foot, etc.

I quit going to the doctor.
