I HATE how people are so rude on youtube!!!! It's because I was viewing a commercial and someone asked the song. I told them the name and mentioned that iTunes considers the full version explicit.
this si the reply I got:
"it's only explicit if you have a perverted mind. It's open to interpretation, like every song. Be creative and it doesnt have to be explicit, genious." okay, has anyone ever HEARD the so song 'stronger' by Kanye West?!?!?! if you havn't ever heard it, go ahead and look up the lyrics. it would take a perverted mind NOT to think it's explicit!! I said, very calmly, that I was just mentioning it so that kids know not to waste their money on something they are not allowed to listen to. This is the response:

"oh, what are you? A cop? If you haven't noticed, we're not in the stone age anymore. Mature content and warnings has no affect on the choice of kids these days. If they want to look at or listen to something, a little red word next to the song or a warning on a page won't keep them from looking at/listening to it.

And, oh my god! A waste of 99 cents?? It's unspeakable!! You're a saint for saving us all so much money!"

I didn't even respond... I get so much freaking crap on utube it's not even funny. anyone else???? just for the record, the sang is acctually 1.39 and the video, which most kids would get, is 3.00. just saying.

There's so much rudeness and hate posted on it that I don't ever post there. What can I say? I accidentally ran across a video that shows someone racing a car in a rural setting and hitting a horse so hard it went airborne and was obviously killed. The person who put up the video then shows up in it and starts raving on about the "stupid horse" that "jumps" in front of the car!! It was just the first of three horses starting to walk across the road in what looks like rangeland, when this car just comes flying in and nails the horse! Sick!!

I have quit even looking at responses to videos on there. The nasty language and back and forth nonsense that goes on is just unreal to me. Makes me want to go wash some folks mouthes out with alot of soap!!

Whenever I post a video of something I usually add a little side note that says "please excuse the language on the comments" because it is just so vulgar......

It seems odd to post such vile trash in response to each and every video. I don't get it.

I don't think I knew anyone, when younger, who cussed so much and for absolutely no reason. What's the point of reading the comments, much less posting the comments?

I started reading them once, then my 11-year-old came behind me and I had to snap at him to get away. Unbelievable.
