I think your whole hatch is done for. The other eggs are likely contaminated now. Wiping them, unfortunately, will not solve the problem, because wiping them can remove the protective coating around the egg, making them more susceptible to contamination.

It has happened to a lot of us. Your whole hatch is not done. Get rid of the bad egg and gently wipe any others that got sprayed. If need be, you can take the eggs out of the bator for 15 or 20 minutes and clean up the mess. Once you clean the mess and get rid of the stinky egg it won't be long before the smell goes away.
