Yucky fleshy thing came out of my hens butt

Hey yall it's Goofy. This is rare, but i need help. My four year old Blackstar chicken "gave birth" to a weird fleshy thing and some egg yolk. A stringy white eggy thing came out a few days ago. She has been acting depressed and i put her in a weheelbarrow wiuth some food and she stayed there which for feisty ol' Carly is a horrible sign. I have pics here of the fleshy thing and stuff coming from her butt.

Note:We do not have a rooster, that cannot be an embryo.

Hey ya'll thanks for the help. Obviously it was something terminal because yesterday morning, dear old Carlz passed. Poor girl.
