YUK! Worm identity? PIC INCLUDED.

For those worm gurus, could someone please help identify this worm. I found it in the waterer this am. I have had a weak hen that I thought was vent gleet, treated her and now I find this. She is has not laid eggs in 4+ weeks. Her poop is extra stinky and gritty. She is in with 6 chicks and her Roo. The chicks are 9w and 7w.

I bathed her first, to clean up her bum. Applied Baza moisture antifungal cream, then spray her bum with gentian violet 1%. And gave her probiotics in her water. Also made her oatmeal with a crushed bacterium acidophilus pill in it, just gives make sure she has some in her system. Repeat every other day. Rotating ACV and probiotics.
