Yummy food from dott!

Deliciousness. Most recipes call for a dozen eggs and some milk or cream. I whizz mine in a blender. Then you layer in veggies, cheese, meat, whatever. I've even used croutons and carnalized onions for a "French onion" frittata. You can then cook it in the oven or the stovetop, but I've always used the oven. They are simple and delicious.
