Zane Made REAL Progress (New Pics Pg 99)!RIP Lorelei...

I'm glad things are looking up for you and your family and Zane.
The physical pain is by far the easiest part of dealing with an amputation, the emotional pain and suffering of losing a limb is what really hits hard and he'll need a good counselor to help with that. The phantom pain he'll have in the missing part will wreak havoc on his mind and he'll need a lot of support. I'm glad you are so strong, you are going to need to be for you and for him.
My prayers are with you all.

Great news about Zane. Horribly sorry about your dad's leg, but you have him. I have a friend with artificial limb. She learned to use it very well. I'm so happy he is doing well.

Cyn glad to hear that the surgery is done, hang in there it is going to be a long haul with your Daddy.

Yay Zane you go boy. Such a roller coaster of a day. Enjoy the crow Cyn and get some rest the road with your Dad will be emotionally exhausting. We'll be here. Still praying

I have been lurking on this thread since the beginning and my thoughts have been with you the whole time. I'm so glad your dad is ok and that Zane is improving!

Isn't life amazing? Just when you think you are at your limit and everything seems to be going wrong you get just the ray of sunshine you need to make it through. Zane is your little crowing angel. I'm so glad you took care of him so that he'd be around to help you when you needed a boost.

My thoughts are with you (if I prayed you'd have those too)

Keep your chin up! You obviously have a LOT of friends who care about you

Welcome back, Cyn! Glad your father made it through the surgery without any complications. It sounds like he is pretty healthy, so if he can keep his spirits up and go through rehab with a positive attitude, he should do well. Physical therapists and those involved in the fitting of prosthetics are usually good support people and will help your dad feel functional again.

Such good news about Zane! What a nice thing to come home to! Your rooster crowing! Awesome!

(((hugs)))
