Zoo chickens?

Went to our local zoo the other day and saw all sorts of cool animals but especially chickens! I'm sure there were cooler animals there but I thought of this website which is why they're one of the cooler ones, cause i get to share haha

Anyways, they had a coop and run with three separate areas and I assume three separate breeds, though the two on either end looked the same to me.

They also had another building with a bunch of brooders and the cutest ducks ever.

And of course, the main barn with the other animals like the goats and ponies.

I know the middle breed was Buff Orp but don't know about the others. Perhaps Delaware, Rock, or Wyandotte?

It starts out in order but then I went back between pens tryinf to get good pictures so I lost track which was which lol

The roos all kept yelling at each other and my mom told another family how clean it was but then went "my daughter wanted chickens but I'm glad we didn't because they're so LOUD" I'm just thinking...., Well, YEAH. They are ROOSTERS and you've got three in smallish pens right next to each other LOL

There was an incubator room on the other wall too with a pretty big incubator but nothing in it so I decided no pictures lol

The gold birds are Buff Orpingtons as you thought.

The black and white birds appear to be Light Sussex, some strains get quite dark at the neck and tail.....not Delaware as Delaware have yellow legs and more striated markings in the black trim.

Possibly! One of the signs on the wall in the incubator thing did say that, as you may have seen, but I have no idea what's actually in there since, for example, there's clearly no BO chicks in there anymore lol

But yeah, there definitely could have been! I couldn't tell ya which was which though lol

The black and white ones look like Silver Lakenvelders to me. The buff birds are Buff Orpingtons.
