Zucchini Candy

Most of them were about 1/4" thick, it's be better to do them thicker though, thinking around 1/2" and letting them dry a bit longer. I didn't turn them, actually I forgot about them until this morning. Buts what I did was as I pulled them loose I dropped them in a container with sugar in the bottom and shook them up a bit. Landed me this:
