I don't have them any more but they were great birds!! Large eggs!! Mine were 100% pure bred...not hatchery stock but I would mind getting some more later on
Well Bad news set 80 eggs, 38 brown egg mixes in an older incubator I had and 42 in a new incubator (28 blue/green Easter Eggs, 6 OEGB mixes, 8 Golden Comets.) The old incubator malfunction and the temperature dropped at some point...only 3 hatched from it 1 died. The new incubator I have all 6...
I set 24- Easter Eggs from which 5 were green the others were all blue...I also set 6 OEGB red Pyle/Black mixed and followed up with 38 barnyard mixes...some of which will be EE-EE others could be Silkie Crosses...this is my first hatch with these birds...
When can we announce how many eggs and what breeds we are putting in the Incubators...? I had to load mine up tonight...got a sale coming up in 23 days so I wanted to give them a couple days to make sure they were alive and healthy before I take them to the sale.
I will and I sure do appreciate it!! I just got into Lavender Ameruacanas a couple of weeks ago...hoping they do really well...how do your Black Ameruacanas do? They sell good?
JW where are you located?
I'm from Scottsville KY...just started raising EE and Lavender Ameruacanas...really interested in Brahmas...anybody in or around South Central KY got and eggs, chicks or breeder pairs for sale?
