Aww.. I'm sorry that happened to you :( I know that I would be crushed if something like that happened to one of my girls. So expanding the fence it is! Thanks everyone for all your help. My girls are definitely worth the extra money to keep them safe.

They do have a special order form, but that requires ordering 25 chicks. Hopefully you will get lucky and they will have in store exactly what you're looking for.

After I think April 1st, you can order just 3, but due to the weather before that minimum order is 15.

Aww! Chickens are one of the best pets anyone could have. You feed them and in return they feed you. They really do teach valuable lessons and bring families close. Glad that you have got so much out of them so far, and I hope it continues

I'm hoping like crazy that my local TS or feed mill will have EE's! I don't think I need another 15 chicks to meet the shipping requirements from a hatchery lol

I figured the fence would be the best idea. In the summer I will most likely expand my run. I COULD refrain from buying more chickens.. buut, I don't see that happening.. lol
