Hatched these guys out this weekend. Total of 5 lavender chicks :)

Lol almost. The babies won't stay under the light during the day. They move to the other end of their brooder. And that's in my living room with the swamp cooler running.

I just had these two hatch yesterday. :)

My group trying to cool off some. We've already hit 108 last week :(

As far as is that normal for a lavender the answer would be no. As for what it is. You will probably have to post that on more of an illnesses area probably to get a definite answer to what is wrong.

I'm not an expert but I don't think orpingtons come in pea combs

Oh and hatched these guys out last week. :) set 3 pullet eggs to check fertility and hatched 3 babies.
