They were shipped to me. The top dozen was an auction buy from Deserteggs22. The bottom 19 are from Papa's. I got 7 extra eggs from Jeff, that was so nice.

I think this is my last chick from this hatch. I discovered that my iPhone flashlight is very good for candling and eliminated 18 out of the 25 last night. There "might" be 2 more but I'm not seeing any movement. I'll leave them in the incubator for another day while I'm waiting for some shipped...

@orrpeople thanks for the info on the CCL, and that is what I was expecting. However, the chicks I got in this hatch were not really clear cut. The ones from my hatch last month were easily sexed. I'm going to do another hatch this summer and if this continues change up the birds.

I floated all the eggs since I'm horrible candling. Three peeped as soon as I picked them up, but all floated.

My third chick looking at the 3 still peeping in their shells. This certainly has been a prolonged hatch, today is day 24. Her color is still somewhat confusing but at least there is no light spot on her(? )head.

Wonderful! So cute, I'm so going to try hatching with a broody if one of my girls will do it.
