Morning everyone! It is certainly Fall! Last night I took gorgeous pics of the clouds with the moon coming out at the same time the sun was setting, surrounded by the barns with the cornfields half cut down. It was so gorgeous.

I was up so early for a work deadline this morning (4 a.m.), I had to open the coop before sun-up, so I just opened the large window on the wall, so mr. tom turkey could fly out the window when the sun came up. Well....when I got home this evening, he was still in there "asleep" on his roost...

Karl, Best thing you can do is spend time with your daughter -- show her you care about her and give her your time and attention. Plan activities together -- take her out to coffee and ask about her life. Also get her involved with many activities that interest her -- whether sports...

G'mornin everyone. Dragged myself out of bed to open the coop -- despite my grumpiness it's hard not to smile when the chickens, guineas, roosters, and chicks all come flying (literally) out the door, so excited to start their day of scratching, pecking, fighting, resting, preening, etc. I...

Morning all! It's a cool morning here, but promises to be a wonderful early fall day. I love this weather!! I fed the birds, let them out of their coop, they're now roaming the grounds and pastures and playing their usual games while the Roosters are crowing. Now I just have to figure out how...
