My 10 welsummer eggs should hatch tomorrow. Got my first external pip. From one egg. But eggs are so dark I have a hard time candling.

Good luck. Day eight veins and embryo are pretty small. Day 10-14 they are much easier to see.

Yoday should be hatch day for my Bourbon eggs. No pips yet. Not holding out much hope had movement in 3 before lock down. Did a quick candle last night and saw no movement. Hope they were asleep. Will leave til sat. If nothing will toss. Congrats to all other who had successful hatches.

Congrats to everyone who has had a successful hatch. My turkey eggs go to lock down tues. I have 8 left outta 14. Candled them tonight. Saw good movement in 3. The rest couldn't see much. So if I'm lucky will end up with 3 healthy poults. Hoping for more but not getting my hopes up too...

Candled my turkey eggs. Out of 14 that were set. Have 9 that are developing great. Bought these off ebay. So I'm more than pleased so far. Usually get 1 out of a dozen.

Probably a little late to this thread. I set 14 bourbon red eggs on the 4th. I've candled a few and most have small veins forming. Will do a full candling on Thursday. Should see better formations in them by then. Good luck to all others that are incubatinh.
