I will probably sell some and keep a few for culinary uses.

They hatched them by themselves. Their nests were side by side so they kept taking each others eggs. I was happy with the hatch rate even with egg stealing. I think about 8-10 eggs is about the largest clutch I would recommend.

19 eggs. 1 was infertile. 2 died died just before hatching one died during hatching. 2 died possibly from trampling. That means we have 14 goslings! The are doing quite well. Will try to get a picture today.

Wow! I have 15 goslings that have hatched 2 more eggs are currently hatching and 2 more eggs in the nest. We will see how many goslings the 2 girls hatch! I am thrilled with the hatch rate! If the two hatching make it I would have almost 90% hatch rate. We shall see what happens with the...

It is official we have goslings! Not sure how many yet. 2 for sure not sure after that.

Don't know when she will sit. Mine seem to get to about 8 and call it good. I have American Buffs though. Each breed is a little different and each goose is different.

Curiosity got the best of me. They each have at least 6 possibly more! Isure hope at least one has a good hatch!

While on vacation my second goose went broody. I have no idea how many eggs each one is sitting on. . We shall see if they ever get off their nests.

One of my girls has gone broody! Yeah! She has at least 6 eggs and up to 10. I will check to see when she gets up. With cold temps today I will check some day when she is up. My other girl is still laying.
