yea im curious as to see what the young ones that ive hatched off of them will turn out to be colored like. they are a few weeks old now.

im really liking the blacks. i just bought some few months ago and like the solid color and recently found a pair of white oegbs also.

the rooster was already tinted when i got him but the 2 hens have no tint. the 2 hens are around 8months but the rooster has got to be a year plus because his spurs had just started coming to a point when i got the trio.

yea the sunburn doesnt bother me. im currently raising some of their offspring so cant wait for them to get big to see what they look like.

ive got some Blue Quail over a Ginger Red hen. they are 3 1/2 months.

im looking into getting some oegb hatching eggs sometime soon and was jw if there are any good people or sites that i could purchase some from? i would like to possibly get some nice show quality eggs if possible.

Not tryin to improve the Self Blue just wasnt sure if anyone had any pics of self blues or knowledge of crossing them with other OEGBs. Didnt know if they throw any cool colors when crossed. Ive crossed Blue Quail over Ginger Red hen and they turned out to be surprisingly very game at around 1...

has anyone tried crossing a bb red over a self blue hen? or maybe a blue quail over a self blue? or vice versa.

Yea everyone i have seen is anticipating selling some at the end of the year or next year. i really like working with the oegb and think the pumpkin is a very nice looking bird.

does anyone know anything about the ( PUMPKIN OEGB) ? ive seen lots of pics on the web but not alot of people have them for sale. they are a unrecognized color as of right now.
