Made some great progress to my coop and figured I'd share where I'm at!
All 4 sides are now up and the sheeting is on the roof, just needs drip edge, felt and shingles! My pop door is complete, although I have a few minor modifications to make, but that's just to make it more user friendly. I have 38x38 doors on both sides which ads now hinged and have their locks installed. This should make for easy access to the roosts on one side and a feeder/water on the other. All my venting is done. I have a long closes able window/vent on the side that the pop door is on. There is a window/vent on the other side as well, as well as a rough opening for a window. I have some high quality greenhouse material that will allow for natural light and solar heat, just need to frame it and install it. I did 8x16 ridge vents and used soffet louvered covers which will also have hardware cloth on the inside to add for extra security.
I constructed an external nest box, but need to do more research before deciding the best route to go, i.e., one big box, multiple smaller ones etc. my only issue now will be moving the coop away from my house and to its "resting" place, as it got heavy quick! A buddy of mine has a skid loader with forks on it so I'm thinking he can pick it up and slowly move it.
