Daerthen...great pic of your sweetie and hers!
I would love to see pics of them
oh alas to have olive eggers. My olive egg from MPC didn't make it back during the Easter hatch. It's was 2nd or 3rd gen too. Ah.....
I'm not sure yet if we plan to get an interim boy or not. We do have several cockerals growing out three of which have a chance at staying but probably only two will stay we'll see. So I do have some boys to rehome or they will end up in the freezer. Most are only 8 weeks. Including an mpc EE, cuckoo Marans, and probably a white Rock. Maybe more.

Aww thank you.
Cotton is a good boy and we do love him! I'm just glad he found such a wonderful loving family especially BC we would have loved to keep him but for having too many cockerals and not enough silkie ladies for the two boys to share.
In other news!!! It's official! Our incubator has done great after DH2B added the replacement fan and we have our first chick out on day 20 right now. Lots more internal pips but now more external pips yet. Have more eggs going into lockdown with the 23 others tonight!
Also the coolerbator is built and almost calibrated! Maybe another day or two on that and it's ready!!!Edited by chickendreams24 - 5/24/16 at 1:51pm
