I brought some boots back to Beans yesterday to hopefully be repaired as the sole was coming off. When I turned them over to show the customer service girl them I realized there was some chicken poop ehhh I mean mud on the bottom. I was in such a hurry and had a list a mile long to get done I didn't even think to clean them before I left.
I did the same thing returning some walking shoes this summer. There I was telling the clerk how the shoes were falling apart and that I barely where them and to show how worn the treads were I flipped my foot up and there was chicken poo stuck to the sole.
Needless to say my face went bright red but they did warranty the shoes and even wanted to keep them.
