Vegetarians ( and Vegans ) Thread!!!

Well I tried to make a green smoothie but my blender didn't. The blades didn't move. I think I have the wrong blender for this type of smoothies. I can make perfect banana smoothies but the mean green was a no go. Any recommendations on a good blender that will blend veggies?

Have you tried adding them slowly? Also any blender with a 'liquefy' setting should do the trick. I have one I picked up for $15 at Walmart. Your blender should be able to handle it...weird.

No, I didn't try adding them slowly. I guess I should have. I just added all of them at one time. I will try it again. Thanks for the tip.

I love Boca burgers but I have to give MorningStar a try! Some tasted so overseasoned that it tasted awful. I tried the Boca breakfast links and they were awful!

The grilled burger taste as if it came straight from the grill. I"m glad you gave me the heads up on the Boca breakfast links. I have been eyeing them for a week now. I don' think that I will try them now. Thanks.

Even my chickens wouldn't touch them, my cat refused to eat them after she took a lick. It was so overly spicy and got some kind of "wang" taste to it. Much different than the Boca burgers....delicious with EVERYTHING on it! Onions, tomatoes, leaf lettuce, pickles, and cheese...........need NO mustard or ketchup! Just delicious!

Too bad they dont come on sale too often.
