Good incubator for a newbie

Is this a good one for a beginner? Does it need any thing else or is it ready to go?

Mini Advance Automatic Incubator

I found it at MyPetChicken.com
The Brinsea with the digital controls are supposed to be better. I only have the Brinsea Ecos with the non-digital thermostats. The Eco was the one that cooked my eggs. The Mini Advance is supposed to be better but I think the problem you will run into is space. It only holds like 6 or 7.

I have a 4200 farm-innovators. I have set 24 eggs 6 different times & 19 to 22 have hatched each time.

I always recommend the Hovabator. I've had mine 8 years and never had a problem with it or had to repair it. Well worth the $200 cost for a full set up.
