Ooh, ooh, we have temps in the 40s today! Of course ours are on the upswing, yours are dropping.

Today, the total amount of sap I have collected so far is 1 gallon + 1 pint + 1 cup.
From here on out, I am logging how much sap I get each day. I have a system in place to do this.
