Hey, got a question for you all. I'm looking for some low-carb recipes for my dad and sister, who are on the keto diet. Anybody have any ideas?

Roll in flour salt and pepper or length of foil butter salt and pepper close foil then bake 25 minutes at 425

zucchini and spaghetti squash is a good substitute for pasta. Use a potato peeler to slice the zucchini. Smashed cauliflower is a good sub for mashed potatoes, best if served loaded. Sorry Jarred that's all that pops into my head at the moment.

@N F C I made the hummingbird cake last night, I couldn't sleep due to a nap yesterday afternoon. I'll be frosting it this morning after the butter and cream cheese soften.
I toasted the pecans too.

It smelled like heaven in the house when I went to bed.
