Today I’m making more bread dough. I think I’m making both the double batch of sourdough and a single of sweet bread. I have my first air fryer coming tomorrow, and I think donuts are one of the first things to try. I’m also getting out the rooster I have in the freezer. I was going to cook it @Pensmaster ’s way, but I got a big machine so I can do chickens.

I had snails once..... let’s just say the eating variety of snails have no fear of me.

Making banana and bran muffins today

I’m baking some sourdough sandwich bread today. Believe it or not I took Pennyjo out of the fridge last night and fed her so she should be ready to go! The biggest challenge in baking with a starter for me has been trying to time the stuff with when I think I’ll have time to bake.

Mine have been out for week but only fed it likse 3 times in that week did use it on pizza dough

Breads done, it didnt want to rise much today maybe too cold?... Doesnt matter if it tastes ok though!
