*Ezekial flour recipe:
2 1/2 cups wheat
1 1/2 cup spelt
1/2 cup barley
1/4 cup lentils
2 Tbsp northern beans or 1/4 cup garbanzo beans
2 Tbsp kidney beans

We use this Ezekial flour for most of our baking needs. The beans can be substituted with others of like consistency and flavor with no adverse effect in flavor.
Those sound yummy! Thanks for the sucanat definition. Helpful!

My son and daughter in law are flying out from Florida on Saturday. This will be a first for it to be colder here in AZ for them. You (and they) have had a warm "winter" while we've had an unusually cold one. Lately it's warmed up to 70s. Supposed to hit 80 in a few days (finally!).

Been baking in anticipation of their arrival...
- homemade granola bars
- sour cream cookies
- french silk pie (the recipe with the raw eggs)
- turtle pie
Have a nice visit!
