It is in the 20 degree range here. There is little snow...and sun is shining.
I am planning to cook: Lentils and Rice one Pot Dinner. I am not Fond of MEAT.

I made a loaf of Sourdough Bread and baked it in my Sassafrass Dutch Oven.

Thank you. It was a Thank You for my Neighbor.....HE TOOK THE PHOTO and
said it was one of the Best Breads he has tasted. It is Blessed with my STRONG
SDS Genesis.

Did some baking. This bread is a modified version of Rosemary bread that I do often bake slightly differently depending on ingredients on hand.
My inspiration is from ronott1's recipe posting below.

Contains the shown seasoning, (about 1 TBS) and a quantity (about ½ cup of grated Parmesan Romano cheese worked into the dough. Then I place into pan,,,, Cut the little snips with a pair of designated scissors. Egg wash, and dust some more with the Rosemary Garlic seasoning.

202°F on thermometer,,, so bread all finished baking.

This is why I mentioned in my earlier post that easing up on our low-carb diet (or at least having major cheat days ) made for a happy birthday.
