building paradise for the birds

Well I did a thing. Lol chicken math I tell yah. So 6 ducks 3 dark 3 light, 8 silkies, and 20 Cornish and I have birds that just hatched that I have to move as well

well it was my first attempt at video editing in a while. its the basic program so very little I could do with this program. im going to try and get the pro version which has a lot more options. and im not so sure what the weird flashing going on I could not figure out how to fix it. but let me know your guys thoughts as I will be doing more videos for the builds and a bunch more. it gives you guys a more realistic and closer look at the pros and cons on the farm. hope you enjoy the movie. be back in a flash
 
OK so I decided to take down the barrels and move them two in between the two hoop coops And I also took down the pallet wall I need to start building and all that was in my way so now that’s all cleared out and cleaned

I took out The leftover Pineneedles from winter and put on wood chips and pallets on top of the wood chips

There are more barrels and what are in the pictures of both of them so I will get some more pictures tomorrow and I still have yet 10 barrels to cut so I’ll be doing that tomorrow as well

Well as the farm gets bigger so does the egg count. This is only about half of the eggs that I put in the incubator yesterday

So I took our tub in the bathroom and made it into a brooder. Lol

You can see in the background in the middle the white bird that has black skin that is a bird that I developed here on my own

I think that was right around 40 that hatched and you could see the naked necks and pretty funny looking

So I move the barrel colony so I could begin working On the 12 foot building and 16 foot building there will be seven poops in them two buildings

I like this open style Broder compared to GQF professional one. Just 100 W light about 8 inches off the ground and they come and go in there cold and warm

This is the 6 pen design for 6 pairs. All from pallets. A little tougher then it looks. I will give more details later
