Water is still circulating in the pond!
I have the bog edges shored up but not secured correctly so it's a tiny bit nerve wracking to let that section circulate but I've got to get the water cleared.

I hope we get more rain. Hardly any last night. I planted some seeds and onion set yesterday, thinking they'd get watered in by Mother Nature.

No. There was so much muck in the pond because of pots falling in that the water is really cloudy. Plus the algae growing. It's a mess. I've done two 25% water changes.

I don't think it even got down to the apron, there's so much dirt/compost/grasses on top of it after 12 years, but I didn't look too closely. Must have been some thing smaller, rather than a canid.

We have light snow coming in later on this week.
I can see part of my garden peeking out from underneath the drifts. Today is a MORF run so I guess I had better get a move on.

Good morning. I've brewed fresh coffee. I've been dealing with low level mid right abdominal pain for longer than I care to admit. Finally had a CT pelvic scan, and results say I am good to go a few more miles. Diverticulosis - I knew about that and mild thickening of the fundal gallbladder. I will perhaps make a few dietary adjustments or perhaps not.
