What do you do with 50 eggs a day lol

Lol well it has now gone up to an average of 60 eggs a day, we incubate some , sell a whole lot and eat a few

@mbelimim far from East London, Humansdorp is 100km from Port Elizabeth on your way to Cape Town. I get my fertile eggs from a local place thats selling free range eggs and they have mixed breeds and they dont supply me much coz thy have orders. I wwould have wanted one breed.

And we are ready..... tomorrow we welcome 6 x 12 week old chickens to the family. Charlie is most excited. The sawdust is only there temporarily to dry out the ground a bit as we had a downpour before I could get the roofing on. Don't want soggy feet chickens. Lol

@karin its chicken wire paid R299 for 10m, we have problems with jackals keeping these guys inside till they are a bit older

@ Carin double up the wire ie put up right then put sideways takes longer to get in... shade cloth is good Ive hung dvd's from the trees deter the hawk/crows There are not many rodents at the mo think its too cold for them to hang around for dinner
