CHICKS ARRIVED!!!!!!!!!!

Well I just read their guarantee again. The first time I read it I thought they meant that only chicks that arrived dead would be refunded, but know that I read it I see it says just to notify them within 4 days of the hatch date. They hatched on the 21st. so I don't know if they will refund anything or not. Do you think I should still call? I am just wondering if anyone will be there an a Sunday.
