The signs while funny, are really only for show. Local police will only ask the trespasser to not to do it, no arrest. There can be signs warning them of the danger, if the trespasser got hurt on your property by your unleashed dog or tangled in barbed wire or falling into a pit of spikes, guess who will win that law suit?

They said to put up a fence. But if the gate was open, you are back to sqaure one.
