One dog, a 6 year old Briard. My profile pic, taken by a photographer friend when we went kayaking with the dogs. Mine loves to swim, given the opportunity he'll swim for an hour without a break.

I bought a kayak a few years ago just so he could go swimming longer. We both wear lifejackets.

Here's my LGD, family pet, guard dog all rolled into one! His name is Rinty. If anyone can guess his namesake, I'll give you a virtual cookie!

Next year I plan on getting a Malinois/GSD mix (which is what Rinty is), and train it in personal protection.
