Oh btw, anyone who has goats or any other herd animals can join BackYard Herds, the counterpart of BYC. It's a nice, not as large community as BYC but it's still a great place! If you look for me I have the same username.

I'm still trying to figure out if I want to keep goats long term or not. I've got one buck and 2 does. I don't currently have a way to separate boys from girls. And I doubt it's a good idea to breed kids back to their daddy. The good news is that I don't have to decide or figure it out today so I'm just gonna go with that....

In line breeding, father/daughter and mother/son breeding is acceptable.... it's sibling breeding that leads to issues from what minute experience and research I have looked at

Quite possibly moonspots, it doesn’t look like they follow any sort of pattern
