Is there a way to tell if my hens are silver or gold duckwings? I only have the 2 Game hens and 2 roos of that breed. One will be bred to a BB Red roo and the other to a Gold Duckwing roo. I am just breeding for my own backyard flock but am curious about the genetics. Sorry for the poor photos. The Game hens weren't the focus of the pics that day 
**Both hens were purchased as mature birds and had arrived with terrible mites and lice. The one in the doorway had the worse case and her feet are mangled as a result. She is now parasite free, spoiled, and the sassy boss of the hens.
