Do you remember when i went to pick up the eggs that are in the incubator now all of the roosters on her farm have a ton of white underfluff.

I thought you said we would only keep the pullets from this hatch because of that.

I maybe misunderstood though.

Here is the second cockerel.
The mean one.
I put him in the legbar pen.
He was even mean while penned with Waylon in their bachelor coop.

A couple of weeks ago, i let the 2 of them out into the yard.
He tried to kill the FexEx man, me, and my husband.

I tried carrying him around for a while, pinning him down on the ground, none of that helped.

No white on him. Just rain and muck.

his brother is better than him .this guy have high tail too and very dark legs .

It will actually have many uses.

I will use it for hens that i will be collecting eggs from, brooding pens, etc.

I dont have a barn on this property.
Just 3 coops of varying sizes.

I need a place to put 1 or 2 birds at a time.

And a place to put chicks when the time comes.

I have found who is laying the egg with heavy bloom.
She is consistant since she started to lay. I am hoping it gets sorted out.

I just caught Georgia up and put her in a pen. Shes upset so i will put Maggie with her. I know Maggie's egg. Its #4.

Have you ever had one of the heavy Plume eggs hatch . I have not.

I never incubate them or eat them .we give them to the dogs .

They are now in lockdown.

Keep it at 40%?

Personally I bump it up to about 40-50 and it will spike higher as they hatch.

I have legbars in the other incubators and my mind is trying to toggle between a regular hatch and a Marans hatch.

Im getting just a little bit stressed.

I will bump it up to 45. Thank you
