There is a MITE FOGGER available at home Depot in 2 sizes ( I say get the LARGE!)
I feel so bad for you,.
This would send me out of my house!

Iwas thinking about one of those foggers that you load with bug spray and you can fog your whole house with it

do the flea bombs til you can get the pros in. Just be sure no birds or animals are left inside till aired out good.

Can't get rid of the animals - 2 cats and the infested birds in the basement. No where for them to go.

oh wait if u have chicks, blow drie them after u bath dont put them outside.

Maybe you know someone who could loan you some dog or cat crates for the chicks and the cats so you can remove them from the house while to use the flea bomb. It takes only about 30min to use the bomb and then go in and open all the windows so it can air out.
