Glad you came around!At first I found them ugly and still see a few every now n then that are ugly. However I love them n they have really grown on me and find most of them gorgeous!
So apparently what I meant when I said I was checking him for pests tonight was that I was waiting for it to get cold and rain really hard at night. No pests. I think I did see big old new feathers growing in slowly. I did give him a nail trim. They were pretty wickedly hooked over. I'm guessing they were overgrown as a result of his bow legged stance. Could this come from maybe a niacin deficiency in ducklinghood and that's why I'm not seeing it in his offspring yet it's causing so much trouble for him?He's beautiful! Have you checked him for mites or any kind of parasite?

Hey I am back. All my Muscovy's were stolen. But I bought three ducklings last month and four more today so I have ducks again!
