He's not vaccinated so can i give him this antibiotic? & can I use any other medicine for him? Other than getting a topical ointment inside the eye and an antibiotic known for respiratory stuff, like Tylan (injectible or powder to mix into water) or the Baytril that casportpony suggested, there's not much you can do except keep his eyes clean of the crud in them as much as possible.
Vaccinated for what? There are many vaccinations, none of which have any bearing on this antibiotic. My birds have never been vaccinated for anything, ever.
No, you never mentioned that. You said something about an injury, though, earlier, if I recall. Is that what you mean, the way he holds his neck? Who told you he had Newcastle Disease? You can't diagnose that by symptoms on your own, honey. Laboratory confirmation is the only way to diagnose that. I doubt he has that or he'd not be with you anymore. That disease is fatal. Other things make a bird have no control of the neck, including botulism, but Exotic Newcastle Disease, also called END, would have killed him already.
