Point of lay?

I found out she was a she today when she finally laid me my first egg!

I have 2 GLW's, 2 BO's & 2 BA's. One of the BO's comb & wattles are a good bit paler than the others. They all get "on demand 22% laying pellets', access to oyster shells & some green treats daily. Don't know for sure but I'm pretty sure she is laying. I get 2 to 3 eggs daily from 4. (the GLW's are young pullets). Any input.
