Help,got a hen with the egg out but dangling from her insides .caught her put egg back in, put her in a dark box to calm

How's the hen doing? You can use preparation H to relieve some of the swelling so everything stays inside. It would be best to get the egg out if you can cause if it breaks inside herit will usually kill them. Good luck

Its like she pushed it out before it got to the end of the tube. I put my finger in but can't touch shell,only membrane covered shell .

Its her first egg and it's large, all prep H lubed, back in box in warm greenhouse 85 degrees. Hopefully will be out in the morning

Brown red hen, hatch ended up with 2 pumpkins, 17 law greys,and 12 cemani

She prolapsed egg out again. I wet it and manipulated the egg out. Seems ok is eating and drinking.
Had a hatch attack my leg to day when I was getting eggs.
