yep a lot... thats why I left the gaps.. I wanted free range hens to select roosters as I rotated them into the flypens.

Works good, because the hens get to pick and the roosters learn to call instead of chase.

So it's like the hens are cucking them instead. Like if a hen goes in one rooster pen, then the next day she hits up his neighbor...lol

Well this is a first here at camp tex.
Chick was not in a good condition when I found him, as he wasn't even able to walk. Had a substantial peck behind the right eye and he was separated from the rest of the chicks.
Had to go, especially with this double heel toe mutation.
