I've had 2 chicks with wry neck over the years. Fine one day then the next all twisted up. I culled them both. Both were probably 6-7 weeks old. Both were pullets too.
 
I'm currently feeding my flock 25% Gallo Rojo(18%), 25% Regular Chicken Scratch, 50% Soaked (3days) Oats, and a handful of crushed oyster shell. New feathers are coming out dang near perfect!
 
It happened so suddenly too. She's almost laying age. I'm keeping a closer eye on everyone else now. In case she was just the first. If it's due to injury, she will have to be culled. I put vitamins in everyone's water.

I feed mine cold tuna helper and liver wurst sandwiches. They love it.
