I have six red sex links. They are great layers and are quite friendly (except when they're free ranging and have room to run away). They have been laying for a year now and are about 17 months old.

Jacob ... nice looking girls. My two will follow me around when they are out of the run. When I reach down to touch my Australorp, one of them will always come over, and get after me! She and the Australorp are buds! She doesn't want me to touch her, and she will peck my hand pretty hard when I do, if I let her. Otherwise, she also follows me around like a puppy dog talking to me. Funny girl.
They are great egg layers aren't they?!
