Look for streamers in the tail feathers. Like shiny longer feathers. The boys will have more slicked back combs

I got 2 feather babies at the fair last night I was told they are partridge silkie but not sure of the age and sex
Me, my cousins, and my sister are all going to be getting some silkies once we can get ahold of the person selling them. And we were wondering what your Roos and hens/pullets that were:

We are wondering this because we only want one rooster and certain colors so if anyone would like to post pics, that would be great
The ones we are hopefully getting are about 1 1/2 - 2 months old
Also wondering about holding, playing, and petting, I read somewhere on the site about something having to do with not touching their heads, even as adults. Is this for a special type of silkie or not, because what we're getting are just the original silkie.

Hello again, I haven't posted in awhile, so sorry if I am speaking about things no one remembers. I just wanted to thank you guys again for being so helpful when my silkies were dealing with cocci/wry neck. My vet is neither a poultry nor avian specialist and sometimes knows less than I do about certain ailments. Fortunately I have now discovered that you can consult with the state vets even when you have not had a necropsy done which I did not know before. I think we've finally kicked the cocci in their little group. In the end both my black silkies had wry neck/severe vitamin deficiency, and one of them did not make it. I had a necropsy done so I know definitively that it was cocci and vitamin deficiency that caused the wry neck symptoms, and definitely not Marek's, which was a big relief. My other black silkie still has not regained use of her one leg, although it seems to be improving with physical therapy. I have considered putting her to sleep in the past but she seems so happy and content and so I can't bring myself to do it. I am still hoping she makes a full recovery. She's the only one who has been DNA tested, so I know that she's a pullet.
Her two silkie brooder mates left are 15 weeks. I know I can't know for sure without DNA testing or waiting until they crow/lay, but I can't see any signs of rooster in the smaller one. The other is slightly bigger so I always suspected he was a cockerel, but he hasn't shown obvious physical signs, my older silkie (confirmed by crowing) cockerel has a distinctly slicked back comb, and very obvious streamer feathers at his neck and tail. I can't see anything that obvious on either of these guys but I was wondering if you could see something that I cannot? Neither of them have any visible comb or wattles at this point.
Honeysuckle, always believed to be a cockerel but now I am not sure I see the signs. still suspect that he might be. he is very, very timid, but there is an older cockerel nearby, so perhaps he is laying low.
This is little Clementine. She has the roundest, poofiest crest. Also very, very timid. Will be very surprised if she is not a pullet.

Please help. I got this silkie yesterday as a 7 month old pullet but some of the people that have seen her think she looks like a roo. She has neither crowed nor laid an egg.
Also, is splash blue or black? If I (for example) bred her to a lavender like my Ameraucana pictured below her what would I expect? All black?
