Just ordered 6 hatching eggs from WC. It's a long shot as they have to go through the mail to CT. Would love to try some of these for the table although they look like sweet hearts. Anyone culled and roasted yet? I expect they take some time to get to table weight, any recommendations?
That's if any hatch and then if I have the fortitude. I've dispatched a few chickens so far but it's NEVER fun.
It's easier if you NEVER name them any thing but KFC, Lunch or Dinner..........
