a Sumatra is at full maturity at about 2 years old. The feathers will come in best after a few molts. This is from experience. Not from reading.

5 of my 10 Sumatra hens are sitting on eggs. There will be new Sumatra chicks in a couple of weeks from the first one.

that hen looks good so far I wish I could she the hens tail do you have full body pic I would love to see her!

I looked for full body pic but all had from show was of one kid or another toting her around like a baby! I'll have to get some full body pics.

I candled my sumatra and phonixe's eggs last night and all where alive only fore where not so I am hoping they will all hatch this time!

that from the phoenix I sent you Champ? Was wondering how they were doing for you ... hope that's them, figured they'd be pretty good for you, well was hoping at least, I know you said yall tend to have bad luck on shipped in ones at time....

only 2 of the phonixe eggs were not alive but that is really good so far I am really happy!
